EAPs are intended to help employees deal with personal and professional concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress and a range of other emotional conditions that might adversely affect their work performance and well-being. EAPs provide assessment, counseling and if required, referral services. This gives the employees the opportunity to ventilate their problems, overcome their nagging stress and enhance the quality of their professional and personal lives.
